Posted by Cassie Johnson (2/22/2006)- This is so awful! Ever since I was a little girl I dreamed of going to the Olympics. I devoted my whole life to preparing for this competition and CANADIANS get the gold medal in Floor Mopping and my team only gets the silver!!!  I practiced for so many years, getting up at 3 am to mop the kitchen floor only to come in second!

Posted by Maureen Brunt (2/22/2006) - The judges definitely were biased! We so totally should have won. That bit where they thought you missed a spot of dirt on the floor and just gave us a "7", but it was really just the lighting, was so unfair.

Posted by Jesse Schultz (2/23/2006) - It certainly wasn’t fair the way the Olympic committee let Marta Von Schneck play. Everyone knows she is not an amateur. She went pro at least 5 years ago and has been my neighbor’s cleaning woman most of that time!!!  There is no way the Canadians could have won without her!!

You keep our house so clean we’re not even allowed in it except for the garage except on  special occasion like our birthdays. But could you come home soon, please? No one stays in the garage when you are not here and it’s getting really messy since you went to Italy. Little Bobby spilled meatballs and spaghetti on the floor and stepped in it and it looks really gross and dirty dishes are piling up over the house and it’s starting to smell. Also I am out of socks and clean shirts. See you soon Mom!!!
